How It Works
The step-by-step project flow.
From your free estimate to the final walk-through — here is exactly what happens.
Secure your spot
A deposit (10% or $1,000) holds your scheduled start date on the calendar.
Project start
40% is due to begin, and the crew mobilizes on your start date.
Power-wash & prep
Power-wash, then grind and sand exterior wood smooth down to bare, sound material.
Repair & clean
Re-secure loose boards, re-set popped nails, blow off all dust, and caulk every crack for water resistance.
Prime & paint
3 coats of primer tinted toward your finish color, then 2 finish coats — plus any custom add-ons you requested.
Final walk-through
We walk it with you; the remaining balance is due only on completion and your satisfaction.

Do painters move furniture for you?
We do. Our crew moves the heavy items you cannot — furniture, BBQs, heavy deck items — so every surface gets prepped down to bare wood. You should not have to lift or empty anything to get your home painted.
Do you charge to move furniture?
Moving and protecting your belongings is part of how we work, not a surprise line item. If a job involves unusually heavy or complex moving, we will tell you straight up front — just ask and you will get a fast, honest answer.
How do you protect windows and floors?
With meticulous masking. We apply tape, film and paper with real care so no overspray touches windows, vents, doors, floors or personal belongings. Most clients underestimate how much protection this is until they see it in person.
Do I need to be home during the project?
No. Many of our clients are out-of-town cabin and rental owners, so we keep you updated with photos and texts and handle access on your schedule. You are welcome to be there or not.
